Do you ever feel like making dinner is a hassle?
I mean really, sometimes it just seems like it's just one more thing to add to your busy list of to-dos.
I get it. Life is busy. You are being pulled in so many different directions. And let’s face it, at the end of a busy day, the last thing that you want to do is figure out what to cook for dinner while your kids are hanging on your leg asking you what’s for dinner for the 5th time.
Of all the stresses that you deal with each day, dinner shouldn’t be one of them.
Being cattle ranchers, beef is a huge part of our diet. Not only are we filling our own freezer with our ranch raised grass-finished beef a few times a year, but we also sell it to local consumers as well.
Our consumers absolutely love our beef but what I have found is that some of our consumers aren’t as familiar with how to cook beef or they have a hard time finding beef recipes. This is when I began sharing my recipes and how to cook beef with our consumers and others on social media. I have literally spent years searching for and creating recipes that my family loves and now, I'd love to share them with you as well.
So whether it’s ground beef, steak, roasts or even cuts like flank steak or brisket that seem a little more difficult to cook, I’ve got a recipe for it.
Now, don’t be alarmed, I share other recipes as well! In my meal plan, not only do I share our favorite beef recipes, but also chicken, pork and many other recipes that our family loves too.

Once a month, I will email you the entire monthly meal plan which includes 4 weekly meal plans, all the corresponding recipes and also a 4 grocery lists for each week. Each weekly menu has 5 recipes, which includes 3 main dish beef recipes, 1 other main dish recipe, and a side or dessert recipe.
